Asia Accounting Advice Co., Ltd. is committed to comply with the privacy policy below regarding to the use of personal information, and to ensure that all personal information, including client’s personal information, is collected and used safely. Following Privacy Policy outlines our basic guidelines regarding to personal information that we may collect and use.

[1] Compliance with laws

 For the use of personal information, we will comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" as well as other laws, guidelines regarding to the protection of personal information and this Privacy Policy.

[2] Collecting personal information

We may collect personal information within the scope of necessity. The scope of collection of personal information shall not exceed the scope of information needed to achieve the purpose of our service. For collecting personal information, we follow appropriate means and also announce the purpose of the collection of personal information to the client, unless it is considered as an exception defined by laws.

We may collect personal information regarding to the service we provide only:

1. For preparation of final tax return documents

2. For advisory service regarding to tax

3. For advisory service regarding to laws

4. For other services than above but requested by our clients.

 

[3] Management and protection of personal information

 We are committed to prevent leakage of information by assigning manager responsible to secure the information, set guidelines regarding to security of information and managing them properly.  Also, we are committed to protect personal information from illegal accesses from external parties and risks of loss or manipulation of the data by implementing reasonable security. We carefully manage the data by limiting individuals who have an access to the database regarding to personal information.  We may outsource the management of personal information to a third party as a subcontractor and in that case, we ensure that subcontractors implements appropriate management and contract agreement about management of personal information, maintenance of confidentiality, prohibition of re-provision, and prevention of leakage of personal information.

 We immediately delete personal information when the purpose of its use has been accomplished excepting when continuous use is permitted by clients.

[4] Use of personal information

 We use the personal information only for the purposes that we announce when we collect the information except when we have consent of the client or permitted by law.

 

[5] Provision of personal information

 We will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties other than subcontractors without a consent of the client except when required by laws, courts or police. Even when we disclose or provide personal information to subcontractors, the scope of use will be limited only to accomplish the purpose of its information.

[6] Disclosure and correction of personal information

 When we receive a request for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or suspension of provision to third parties of personal information, we will do so according to laws as soon as possible.

[7] Management of internal system

 We, based on this Privacy Policy, are committed to protect personal information by establishing corporate regulations and providing clear policies regarding to personal information to our directors, officers and employees.

[8] Disclosure of personal information

When we receive a request for disclosure of personal information from a client, we will disclose the information to the client immediately by confirming the request is certainly from the client himself/herself according to Act on the Protection of Personal Information. If the relevant information does not exist, we will inform that to the client. However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose such information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
